- By Decision of the Croatian Government from April 7, 2005 (Decision on the appointment of members of the Croatian delegation for negotiations on Croatian accession to the European Union, members of the Negotiating Team for negotiations on Croatian accession to the European Union, heads of the Working groups for the preparation of negotiations on individual chapters - the acquis communautaire, members of the Office of the Chief negotiator and members of the Secretariat of the Negotiating Team) appointed Head of the Working Group on Chapter 8 (competition law) - Official Gazette 49 / 05
- By Decision of the Croatian Government of January 13, 2011 was appointed as a member of the Commission for monitoring the work of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL ), the area of Working group 1 – Procurement
- Guest lecturer at the Faculty of Law, University of Zagreb, for the purposes of postgraduate studies in European Union law and commercial law (competition law), and a guest lecturer at the postgraduate studies in Financial and company law at the Faculty of Law, University of Rijeka
- Head of the Monitoring Committee for rules and publication of the rules on state aid in the Ministry of Finance, from 2005
- By decisions of the Croatian Government in 2010 appointed as an independent legal expert as a Committee member to supervise sales of shipyards 3. maj d.d. Rijeka, Brodograđevna industrija Split d.d. Split, Brodotrogir d.d. Trogir, Brodogradilište Kraljevica d.d
- Lecturer at seminars, conferences on competition law and state aid, and on the experience of the Republic of Croatia in the Accession negotiations in Chapter 8 - competition law in Croatia, Serbia, Montenegro, Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo and Moldova.
- Member of the Expert Committee for the Implementation of the Public call for bids and proposing of the inclusion of supplementary textbooks and related teaching aids in the catalogue accompanying textbooks and supplementary teaching resources at the Ministry of Science, Education and Sports (as an expert in competition law)
- Participated in the working groups for drafting new legislation in the matter of state aid at the Ministry of Finance (State Aid Act, State Aid, the matter of fiscal aid)
- Participated as a member of the Commission for the preparation of the draft of Law on professional (sports) clubs at the Ministry of Education and Sports from 2002-2003
- Participated as a member of the Working group for harmonization of Croatian legislation with the acquis communataire (competition and state aid law) established by the Decision of Croatian Government from September 19, 2002.
