We are a Zagreb-based law firm with more than twenty years of experience. We have the knowledge, experience and maturity that is combined with a continual inflow of young forces. Our professional scope of activity reflects our specialties and affinities. This is because we believe that we do best the things that we love and that interest us. Our focus is therefore on competition law and state aid law on the one hand, and commercial law and corporate law on the other. In previous work with our clients, we have gained substantial experience in the area of labour law, sports law, intellectual property and general civil and administrative law.

Marijana is the founder and driving force of the law firm. She is an internationally recognized expert in the field of competition law and state aid, both in practice and academic research.
Erik is a trainee lawyer with outstanding potential who performs all tasks with ease. His expertise in drafting legal opinions matches that of more experienced fellow lawyers. His calm loyalty is precious to both our clients and us as a team.
Đurđica has brought a touch of multinational corporate culture to our office. She takes care of literally everything with a smile, and she does it in several languages! She is also a court interpreter.
Like a warm southern wind, Ante has brought temperament and passion to the areas of law he deals with. He's doing a great job!
We have recently welcomed Baldo, whom we have known since the days when he did his student internship with us. We have wanted him to join our team ever since. He is a brilliant young lawyer with a great career ahead of him.
