We are a Zagreb-based law firm with more than twenty years of experience. We have the knowledge, experience and maturity that is combined with a continual inflow of young forces. Our professional scope of activity reflects our specialties and affinities. This is because we believe that we do best the things that we love and that interest us. Our focus is therefore on competition law and state aid law on the one hand, and commercial law and corporate law on the other. In previous work with our clients, we have gained substantial experience in the area of labour law, sports law, intellectual property and general civil and administrative law.

Marijana is the founder and driving force of the law firm. She is an internationally recognized expert in the field of competition law and state aid, both in practice and academic research.
Erik, who has been with us since his traineeship days, has grown into a lawyer and junior partner with exceptional potential. He is able to draft the most challenging legal opinions with remarkable ease and fluency. His calm loyalty is priceless — both to our clients and to our team. Erik’s unique sense of humour regularly leaves us in stitches.
Baldo is a brilliant lawyer and a junior partner in whom we place high expectations. Luckily, he always delivers more than that. It was worth waiting for him from the day he did his student internship with us. He will get so immersed in the subject he is working on that we can honestly say that, at that moment, no one else in the world knows more about it than he does.
Đurđica has brought a touch of multinational corporate culture to our office. She takes care of literally everything with a smile, and she does it in several languages! She is also a court interpreter. We cannot begin to imagine our office without our manager, Đu.
Like a warm southern wind, Ante has brought temperament and passion to the areas of law he deals with. He's doing a great job! He is steadily developing a variety of skills and making big strides along the way. We truly enjoy watching his progress.
